Errazuriz
Errazuriz is a Chilean winery founded in the Aconcagua Valley back in 1870 by Don Maximiano Errazuriz.
Don Maximiano was the first to bring French grape varieties there to make innovative and elegant Chilean wines. The current manager of the winery, Eduardo Chadwick Claro, is a descendant of Don Maximimiano and, without any doubt, one of the most important figures in Chilean winemaking, its most enthusiastic and charismatic leader in the country, and an ambassador of Chilean wine to the world.
Errazuriz has received much acclaim. Among the titles are, for example, the honorary title Riedel Winemaker of the Year 2020 awarded to Eduardo Chadwick in 2020 and the Decanter Man of the Year (2018) received two years earlier; Errazuriz was also named the best winery in Chile in 2017.
