VALDO is one of the most renowned Prosecco sparkling wine producers from Italy's Veneto region.
History
The company was founded in 1926 in the town of Valdobbiadene, the historic and premier Prosecco region. In 1938, the winery was acquired by the Bolla family, who transformed the brand into an internationally recognized leader.
Quality
VALDO’s production focuses heavily on combining tradition with innovation. They are renowned for their top-quality Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG as well as popular Prosecco DOC sparkling wines (such as the widely known Valdo Etichetta Nera and Extra Dry).
Flavor Profile
VALDO sparkling wines are crafted from Glera grapes. They feature an elegant, light, fresh, and fruity taste, typically dominated by notes of apples, peaches, and white flowers (acacia).
