- 25 ml Tanqueray No.TEN gin
- 25 ml Fresh grapefruit juice
- 150 ml Fever Tree Soda Water
- Slice of grapefruit to garnish

Fill a tall highball glass with ice

Add 25 ml of Tanqueray No.TEN gin
