ACALA Red Wine Style with grape juice

ACALA Red Wine Style with grape juice is Acala’s richest and most complex interpretation of sparkling tea. At the heart of this recipe lies organic Garnacha Tinta grape juice from Spain. This grape variety is highly prized by winemakers, renowned for its rich fruitiness, elegance, and ability to produce expressive, distinctive wines. It is precisely this grape that lends the drink its natural sweetness, rich structure, and deep flavor profile—all without added sugar.
The slowly fermented tea is aged in French wine and Scotch whisky oak barrels, where it acquires notes of dried fruit, wood, and subtle spices.
