Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli has launched his own wine label, "Bocelli 1831", named after the year his family farm was founded. The Bocelli family’s vineyards, located between Lajatico and Volterra in Tuscany, include vines up to 70 years old. In partnership with the family-run winery Zonin 1821, three wines have been created under the "Bocelli 1831" brand. The Toscana Bianco is a fresh and soft wine with aromas of ripe apples and nuances of white flowers. The taste is medium-bodied, with fresh fruits and apples, and the aftertaste is carried by a pleasant acidity with a refined minerality.
