Franciacorta Cuvée Prestige Rosé is a sparkling wine made primarily from Pinot Nero (80%) and Chardonnay (20%), sourced from vineyards in Erbusco, Cazzago San Martino, Iseo, and Passirano. The wine undergoes a meticulous vinification process, including a brief "pink" maceration to achieve its delicate salmon pink color, followed by fermentation and 30 months of aging on the lees. It has a rich, fruity aroma with floral notes, and a fresh, delicate taste with fine effervescence. This wine pairs well with seafood, eggs, quiches, and is best served at 6°C in a tall, tapered glass.
