Born only from the best harvests, this brut is the fruit of precise vinification and long refinement (four years!) on its own yeasts, for an intense, structured final product with an unmistakable taste. Excellent with shellfish appetizers, even raw, oysters, or with sea bream baked in foil. 48 months on the lees, made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc grape varieties.
