This Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore, obtained from Corvina and Rondinella grapes, comes from the experience of a great Bosan amarone. The wine we obtain has a powerful, soft and velvety body with a predominant bouquet of cherry that dominates the pleasant hints of cocoa, tobacco and vanilla. Maturing for around 12 months in French oak casks, followed by assemblage in oak barrels for a further 6 months. Ageing is completed with at least another 8 months in bottles.
