Hampton Water Bubbly will once again blend the lifestyle of the Hamptons with the historic wine- making process of the South of France, the actual birthplace of Sparkling wines. Personally crafted by Gérard Bertrand, grapes are sourced from the best terroirs in Languedoc-Roussillon. The blend is 47% Pinot Noir, 30% Grenache, and 23% Chardonnay. The result is an elegant and unique sparkling rosé from the South of France terroir with the DNA of a champagne from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, but with the soul of a rosé from Grenache. Produced using the Charmat method and aged in steel tanks to achieve a consistent, beautiful harmony of acidity, depth, and roundness.
