Residual sugar content 8.8 g/l. The taste is dominated by ripe apple and pear, stone fruits are yellow plum, and there is also a hint of citrus peel. Minerality and roastiness emerge in the aftertaste. The aroma reveals red berries, apple, honeycomb, citrus peel and elegant toastiness.
