POUNAMU Pinot Noir

0 reviews

This Pounamu is made from a particular clone of Pinot Noir, called Dijon. Vineyards in Southern's Valley, in Marlborough, the northern part of New Zealand's South Island. A magical place, where a naturally cool climate allows the grapes to ripen perfectly, resulting in wines of extraordinary finesse. Mythical wines that are appreciated and awarded all over the world. matured in small French oak barrels, where it rests for no less than a year. The colour is typical, a shallow ruby red, with aromas reminiscent of small red fruits and cherries, with a pleasant vegetal touch to support them. In the mouth it is fresh and well balanced. A pleasant, well-made wine that has no difficulty in finding the right combination.
