White dry sparkling wine from France, the region of Limoux (Limoux). The winner of the Grand Prix nomination of the Lithuanian Wine Championship in his category. This is a wine made by the traditional method from the Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir grape varieties, having spent 12 months in secondary fermentation with yeast.
Transparent, golden in color with intense bubbles. It is distinguished by the aromas of tropical, citrus fruits and honey pitch and hazelnuts. When tasting, the sweetness of lyme, light acid and light butteriness are felt. Suitable as an aperitif, with melons, pineapples, seasonal leafy salads, fish sevicius.
