This makes them the best Brunello producing winery in Montalcino. Brunello di Montalcino is dominantly cherry, chocolaty, full-bodied, powerful, elegant, silky and rich. Black cherry and violet can be felt in the aroma.
Ageing in 50-hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels for 24 months and 6 months concrete vats. Bottle maturation at least 24 months.
