A Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry made from Glera grapes grown at 200–400 metres above sea level. The grapes are softly crushed and fermented with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. The wine undergoes 3 months of secondary fermentation in a pressurised vat followed by 2 months of bottle maturation. Light, fruity and gentle taste, with notes of apple, acacia blossom and honey. Suitable as an aperitif and particularly well matched with delicate, fish-based dishes.
