Return of goods

1. The buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.

2. After having received the request, we will contact the customer no later than within 3 working days and will agree on the process of returning the goods to the warehouse. The costs of returning defective goods and of goods that do not match the order are borne by “Prike Lietuva”. In other cases, the return costs are paid by the Customer.

3. The customer has the right to refuse the goods if the goods are unused, undamaged and in the original undamaged packaging. The goods are fragile. Therefore, the product packaging must be opened carefully and without damaging it. If the buyer has used or damaged the goods being returned, “Pike Lietuva” has the right not to accept the goods being returned.

4. The company “Pike Lietuva” refunds the money within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the item that was returned. The money is refunded to the current account of the customer, which was indicated by the customer in the completed return application.

5. After having found the goods that do not match the order, the customer must inform “Prike Lietuva” as soon as possible (contact telephone number +370 614 999 29, e-mail address [email protected]).

6. If the quality of the goods delivered by “Prike Lietuva”, which do not fall under the concept of perishable goods, is inadequate, the buyer has the right to contact “Prike Lietuva” within 2 years from the moment of delivery of the goods, by providing data substantiating the discrepancy in the quality of the item (e-mail address [email protected], telephone number +370 614 999 29). If the customer contacts “Prike Lietuva” later, “Prike Lietuva” is not obliged to process the Buyer’s complaint. In case of inconsistency in the quality of perishable goods (foodstuffs and drinks), which have a short shelf life, including products that must be stored according to the temperature regime established by the manufacturer, the Buyer must contact “Pike Lietuva” no later than 24 hours after the delivery of the item. If the Buyer has contacted later, “Pike Lietuva” is not obliged to satisfy the Buyer’s complaint.

7. A claim for goods that do not match the order can be submitted by e-mail to [email protected] or to the address of “Prike Drinks Boutique” at Konstitucijos Ave. 26, Vilnius, LT-08105, Lithuania. Details that have to be provided in the claim: the customer’s name, surname and contact details, the date of submitting the claim, the observed defects of the item, the requirement related to the claim. The proof of purchase must the attached.

8. When goods are being returned, we do not refund money for courier services, unless the return of goods has been done before handing over the goods to the courier.

9. In fulfilling an order, the company “Pike Lietuva” is not responsible for any damage or other consequences, resulting from the incorrect information provided by the customer.

10. The company “Prike Lietuva” is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of the ordered goods.

11. If there is a dispute regarding the item sold to the Buyer, and cannot be resolved amicably, the Buyer can apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (required information can be found on the website of the Authority at
